3 Month Limited Warranty
The Auvapeiget is backed by a 3-month limited warranty (or longer if required by local consumer laws), effective from the original date of purchase as shown on your sales invoice. If a defect in materials or workmanship arises under normal use during the warranty period, Auvapeiget will provide repair or replacement services at no charge. To obtain warranty service, you must provide a valid device serial number and proof of purchase. This limited warranty applies only if the product: Has been used in accordance with this user guide. Has not been dismantled, modified, repaired, or serviced by unauthorized personnel. Has not been subjected to abnormal environmental conditions. Has not been damaged due to improper handling, storage, impact, liquid exposure, excessive humidity, or failure to follow operating instructions. Auvapeiget reserves the right to use functionally equivalent replacement parts or products should original components become unavailable.

We design every Auvapeiget product for lasting satisfaction. However, if the Auvapeiget does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.
Return Process
Request a Return Authorization: Initiate the process by emailing us at info@auvapeiget.com. Ship It Back: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Attach it securely to the package and send it back according to the provided instructions. Return shipping typically takes 3–10 business days.
Refund terms
(1) All items you want to return and get refund must contact us by email directly.

(3) Items in your order we have already made shipment will be made refund after we receive the items from you or shipping agent.
(4) Items in your order you have received must be made refund after we receive the items from you and check whether it is good and original.
By default, our service team will issue refund to your original payment method within 2-3 business days. The exact time it takes for the funds to appear may vary depending on your card issuer.
We also offer store wallet refund, please allow 24 hours for the credit to appear in your Auvapeiget e-wallet account.
