Who We Are

Auvapepuff was born out of the realization that the market that it serves is poorly functioning. The founders didn’t come up with this business by just analysing the market. They came from their personal experiences – as vapers, as people around vapers, and as witness to an industry that had developed so quickly that it had outstripped its own standards and left some of its owners in a worse state.

Since Auvapepuff’s vision is simple – although it will take time to come true – it is one where every Australian vaper has access to a store which is truly and verifiably on their side. Not one that’s supposed to be reliable, but through marketing savvy; not one that acts on different principles in the background, but one that is truly reliable because each interaction that you had over the course of thousands went exactly as it should.

One of the “vision” elements is to specifically target the segment of the vaping community that is switching from smoking. These are individuals for whom consistency/reliability is important and not just preferable. If you use the right device, the right level, and it’s uninterrupted, it can make a difference in whether or not a change sticks. Auvapepuff’s vision is given to the task seriously — packaging in various strengths of nicotine, setting up their guidance so that the customer would be the person who would benefit the most, not the seller who would receive the biggest cut, and creating a store that they can go to and feel safe in knowing it will support them without ever questioning whether it will hold up.

Auvapepuff’s mission is on the level of the individual customer, a single order at a time. It’s not about a concept. It’s the belief that each person who places an order through the store is assured the same treatment: They’ll get what they paid for when they were promised, with support that is actually available, and at a price that is commensurate with the true value of the product, not what the market can bear.

To feed to what it claims to feed. To make promises, and keep them. To support the product without having any strings attached that it may feel empty. To provide advice to help customers to choose – not the costliest – but the best.
